"Children are guests who ask for directions.”
-Maria Montessori

At our last Live To Love - event for the women, children and families from Ukraine who have found refuge in Hamburg, our invitation to move to music was accepted with great joy. The result was remarkable and again not... because the universal language of music builds bridges and lifts far more than cultural language barriers. In combination with singing and movement, life forces come into flow, "frozen" feelings can be released - and this can lead to healing on many levels.
So today, in addition to various opportunities for handicrafts and painting, we again offered the children music and dance. Fortunately, this also inspired many mothers and fathers to join in.
Nina welcomed us today with three wonderful Ukrainian women: Marina, a psychologist, and Tatjana and Nadezdha, two educators. With their cultural and professional expertise, they will be able to contribute a lot to alleviate the painful experiences of their compatriots.

„Do pobachennya“
The guests appeared really moved and happy at the end of the action. The children said goodbye with a laugh and a Ukrainian "Do pobachennya", which means "Goodbye".
We too are already looking forward to it - we will continue in February!
We wish all the people we met today very much happiness on their further way.
Sincerely
Your Live To Love Team

Help Ukraine: We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this fulfilling event with their monetary donations, baby and children's clothing, handmade stuffed animals, toys, food and especially diapers! All your donated needs were received with much gratitude. You have made many people happy through this - that is very, very, very valuable.
By the way, the clothes will be treated with great care and will be passed on as soon as the babies and children have outgrown them. A very appreciative and sustainable method that should basically be used more again.
