The two youngest from the Live To Love team, Mika and Frieda, visited the senior citizens in Hamburg-Winterhude! They delivered care bags, dedicated a few moments to the neighbors for a chat - and gifted everyone with their pure joy of life!
One elderly lady is very sad right now because her husband, who lives in a nursing home, wants so much to go home again.
Heribert Beardi proudly welcomed our Live To Love ambassador with his new glasses! And Ruth, upon seeing the potatoes, immediately joyfully shared her favorite potato recipes.
Irene, who is very interested in natural healing, studied with interest the information on the healing properties of birch - because this time there was a birch cream for everyone in the care bags. She had just bought a large bunch of parsley, with which she wants to make herbal salt this weekend - to make others happy.
It's the little encounters with each other that spice up life - and make it worthwhile.
This was also experienced by Mika and Frieda, who were still talking about the encounters hours later!

By the way, the kindergarten Himmelstraße in Hamburg-Winterhude is planning an intergenerational project soon:
The children will paint a huge picture there, which the older neighbors in this part of town will then continue - all the seniors Mika and Frieda told about it that afternoon were immediately enthusiastic and agreed to join in.
We think the project of the children's store is a really great idea!
