What could be more meaningful than spending a day like this motivated by humanitarian charity?

Simply offering the children from Ukraine a way to express their feelings through painting, handicrafts and movement games has repeatedly reaffirmed to us that our visits are deeply meaningful. Some children painted loving greeting cards that are sent to injured Ukrainian soldiers and relatives, for example in hospitals. That obviously did them good.

While some of our team were there for the children, others helped the mothers and fathers to choose what they needed from the clothing, food, diapers, baby and hygiene articles.

Many worries and hardships, the unspeakable, have been communicated in encounters where words are inappropriate or even superfluous.
