"Children are guests who ask for directions."

"Helping one person alone may not change the whole world, but it can change the whole world for that one person"
We met many new faces - exhausted, worried, some withdrawn and fearful - at our Care Action today.
Currently, many young women from Ukraine are coming to the city again, after the infrastructure in their country is increasingly destroyed and especially pregnant women and young mothers are called to leave the country.

Lena, the midwife - who has been supporting us for months - personally attended today's Live To Love action, much to our delight.
She was immediately surrounded by women - because the pregnant women are moved by many important questions, such as: What is the difference between a birth center and a clinic? What do they need to bring there and how much does it cost? Relevant medical questions also played a big role.
Lena answered all questions warmly, patiently and very professionally.

The children immediately accepted the offer to paint with joy. They drew pictures depicting their gratitude for the gifts they had received and also took a hearty bite of the sweet apples they had brought along. Hearts, sun, flowers: forgetting for a moment what lies behind and enjoying the here and now.

We continue
Nina, who has been sacrificially taking care of the Ukrainian women seeking protection for months, informed us that it currently takes up to two months for the women to receive financial assistance from the authorities. For all of them, every donation of clothes is a treasure and the diapers for the baby alone are pure luxury!
Today's encounters motivate us once again to continue our refugee initiative as quickly as possible!

We thank from the bottom of our hearts all the donors, both for the monetary donations, as well as all the beautiful handmade clothes, the clothing donations, all the organic fruits and toys!

May all the women and children of the world be treated with dignity and protection!

Sincerely
Your Live To Love Team
