Live to Love on the Day of Neighbors

This Day of Neighbors - or a tribute to life!

On the occasion of the Day of the Neighbors, we invited for the 3rd time to a courtyard concert on the grounds of the Parkheim Foundation and many of the residents and guests from outside have followed this call.

The renowned and famous violinist Jansen Folkers had prepared a special program and, together with the classical musician Harald Schmidt, led the audience through the worlds of classical music, tango, jazz, Swedish compositions, Latin American variations and free interpretations. The music led directly into the hearts and both to a contemplative, as well as cheerful mood, which again led some to express their joie de vivre by dancing. Even Jansen's 7-year-old daughter Frieda delighted all the guests with an incredibly sweet poem that she recited beautifully.

Young and old made playful experiences at the under a big rainbow-colored swing cloth. The cake buffet was just as well received as the gift bags with the self-made greeting cards from a Westphalian elementary school class, beautiful paper flowers from Renate, and the sun-like Aztec star plants. A thank you to all the donors!

The afternoon was filled with deep appreciation and gratitude, which we would like to repeat here to Jansen Folkers and Harald Schmidt.

"It must come from the heart, what should work on hearts" - this definitely happened today.
These are the messages, of a happy and fulfilled day!

Sincerely
Your Live To Love Team
