Ship ahoy! LIVE TO LOVE PIRATES hijack plastic waste
Today in Hamburg, the call went out: set sail, weigh anchor, and embark on a grand mission: collecting plastic for clean water and a clean planet! Despite the wind and weather, many brave children set out around the museum harbor to rid the water of plastic and other trash. The results:
- Many new experiences that demonstrate the value of teamwork and responsibility
- We met some wonderful people
- Happy and proud children who, at the end of the day, were not just adventurers, but true heroes of the Elbe River
- Cleaner water and sand on the riverbank
"Hamburg, My Pearl" received a very special touch today – not from gold and silver, but from the dedication of many little hands with big hearts. A huge thank you to everyone involved – to the young pirates, Gyde Thönessen and Rainer Thönessen from the Museum Harbor, for the time you spent with us on your ships, making this unforgettable adventure possible, and to all the helpers.
