Cycling in the name of climate protection and equal rights - with the Kung Fu nuns!

First European Bike Yatra 2024

We are delighted that you are interested in cycling with us on a journey for climate protection!
The tour will indeed be indescribably beautiful. The season we have chosen promises green forests, colorful meadows and fields. We will cycle through the Mecklenburg lake district and along the beautiful Baltic coast in Denmark.

In the mornings, mediation sessions are led, there is light kung fu training, we plant trees and meet people who care as much about environmental protection as we do. There will be time to ask questions to the Drukpa Kung Fu nuns and their answers will give us all a lot of inspiration. Lopön Tingdzin La will gift us with her wisdom from the roof of the world. In short: we will spend a very precious time together, which will provide us with new perspectives and vitality. Please read the following page carefully and send us your declaration of consent.

Warm regards
Your team from Live To Love

From Hamburg to Copenhagen from May 27, 2024 until 7. June 7, 2024

The European Bike Yatra is a spiritual bike journey that will take place outside Asia and on European soil for the first time. This is a historic event!

Led by the Kung Fu Nuns and Live To Love Germany, this event for climate protection, and gender equality, and to promote an environmentally friendly way of traveling will take place over 10 days from Hamburg to Copenhagen.

The journey includes several stages with daily tours of 30 to 70 km and a total of approx. 460 km from Hamburg through Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to Rostock, from where we will take the ferry to Denmark.

Along the beautiful Baltic coast of Denmark from Lolland-Falster and Zealand, the destination of the route is the cycling city of Copenhagen.

We spend the night in part in simple but beautiful group accommodation or on campsites. If necessary and possible, we can help with accommodation in hotels or guesthouses. Freshly prepared, highly nutritious vegetarian cuisine is served along the way.

The starting point of the trip is Hamburg. The trip starts there on 27.5.2024.

The bike tour reaches Copenhagen on 6.6. at the earliest, from there, a bus transfer, including bike transport back to Hamburg is organized, where the trip ends on 7.6.2024.

For clarification, we would like to point out that our joint European Bike Yatra is not a commercially organized trip. We ride together, on our own responsibility and in the spirit of our common mission for climate protection. The tour will take place in all weather conditions as long as safety is guaranteed. Please remember to wear appropriate clothing.

We are already very pleased about the numerous requests for participation we have received. It is important to us that our 1st European Bike Yatra fulfills all positive expectations and that we all reach our destination safely and relaxed. We therefore have to limit the number of participants to 30 to a maximum of 50.

The organizer of the European Bike Yatra is the Live To Love Germany Foundatiuon, Eppendorfer Weg 93a, 20259 Hamburg / Germany.
